Our ability to fulfill your needs stems from our history. The firm was established in 1993 in order to provide contract packing services to Lever Brothers UK. Their ‘persil power’ door drop samples campaign grew and expanded into 16 million samples shipped, an ongoing shipping relationship with the company, and the opportunity for DCP to expand and take on other clients.

DCP continued to grow in response to client demand and popularity. Our initial warehouse was 16,000 sq ft, which has now increased to 25,000 sq ft of space for meeting customer needs. Commercial inventory storage and e-commerce fulfillment solutions are possible in the expanded space.

With the expanded space came expanded service capabilities. DCP pursued a customs and excise authorization. The granting of this authorization has allowed us to become an authorized ‘bonded’ warehouse, which has permitted us to offer advanced services to provide contract packaging with UK authority for the drinks industry.

Of course, a simple authorization is no place to stop. In a relentless pursuit of better contract packing solutions, DCP has completed the process necessary to become a registered ISO 9001:2000 company. In addition to being important to us as a corporate value, this standard helps us ensure we are managing all of our systems and processes to the highest levels of quality.

In addition to our investments in standards and certifications, DCP has also been sure to invest in our staff. We continually directly recruit and employ staff and provide advanced training to our employees. This has created a dedicated team of experienced contract packing leaders who understand and deliver superior customer service. Many of our key staff have been with the company since it’s establishment in 1993, their expertise and experience ensure the smooth running of each contract.

The human resources at DCP are also supported by a consistent investment in the best contract packing machines. This allows for speed and accuracy in packing as well as the capacity to deal with fragile goods. Labeling, shrink wrapping, and a host of other services are all within our purview.
